A cuisine is set of cooking traditions and practices.cuisine associated with specific culture or region.Each cuisine food preparation involves different and particular style of food and drink of particular types, to produce individually consumed items or distinct meals.A cuisine is named after the region or place frequently where it originated.A cuisine is affected by the ingredients that are available locally or through trade.Cuisine are mainly differentiated in two types as Global cuisine or Religious cuisine.Religious cuisine food based upon national, state or local regions and its vary based on food availability and trade.Religious food differentiate by climate and cooking traditions.It's based on particular culture.Global cuisine is unique style of cooking practices and traditions and based upon specific region,culture or country.Global cuisine must be spread around by world wide by its taste and served by local, national, international wide.

Fusion cuisine:

Fusion Cuisine is combination of different culinary traditions. Fusion food is a general term for the combination of various forms of cookery and comes in several forms. Regional fusion combines different cuisines of a region as sub region.

Haute cuisine:

Haute cuisine or grande cuisine is the cuisine of "high-level" establishments, gourmet restaurants and luxury hotels. Haute cuisine is characterized by the meticulous preparation and careful presentation of food at a high price.

Nouvelle cuisine:

Nouvelle cuisine is an approach to cooking and food presentation in French cuisine. In contrast to cuisine classique, an older form of haute cuisine, nouvelle cuisine is characterized by lighter, more delicate dishes and an increased emphasis on presentation.

Vegan cuisine:

Vegan cuisine uses no animal products, such as meat, dairy, or eggs. This is more restrictive than vegetarian cuisine, which allows non-meat animal products. All vegan recipes are therefore vegetarian, though not all vegetarian meals are vegan.Vegans should be attentive to their intake of vitamins B (especially B12) and D, calcium, iodine, and fatty acids.

Vegetarian cuisine:

Vegetarian cuisine is based on food that meets vegetarian standards by not including meat and animal tissue products (such as gelatin or animal-derived rennet). For lacto-ovo vegetarianism (the most common type of vegetarianism in the Western world), eggs and dairy products (such as milk and cheese without rennet) are permitted. For lacto vegetarianism, dairy products are permitted but eggs are not, and for ovo vegetarianism eggs are permitted but dairy products are not. The strictest form of vegetarianism is veganism, which excludes all animal products, including dairy, honey, and some refined sugars if filtered and whitened with bone char. There are also partial vegetarians (flexitarians), such as pescetarians who may eat fish but avoid other types of meat.

Religious cuisines:

American:

The basis of American Cuisine is combination of  Early Native Americans cooking methods and early European cooking methods.Grilling meats and Spit roasting over a pit fire was common food preparing process.Vegetables, especially root vegetables were often cooked directly in the ashes of the fire.Stone Boilers was introduced by Native Americans.They would heat rocks directly in a fire and then add the rocks to a pot filled with water until it came to a boil so that it would cook the meat or vegetables in the boiling water.Adobe ovens are called hornos to bake items such as cornmeal bread introduced by Southwestern United States.America dug pit ovens uses for steam foods by adding heated rocks or embers and then seaweed or corn husks placed on top to steam fish and shellfish as well as vegetables; potatoes would be added while still in skin and corn while in husk.

Telugu cuisines:

Telugu cuisine is a cuisine of South India native to the Telugu people from the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Generally known for its tangy, hot and spicy taste, the cooking is very diverse due to the vast spread of the people and varied topological regions.

All three regions Coastal Andhra, Rayalaseema and Telangana have distinctive cuisines, where in semi-arid Telangana state region millet-based breads (roti) is predominant staple food, while rice is predominant in irrigated Andhra and Rayalaseema regions and ragi is popular in Rayalaseema regions which is predominantly semi-arid. Many of the curries (known as koora), snacks and sweets vary in the method of preparation and differ in name, too.

Andhra Cuisine:

Andhra Pradesh is known for its spicy food all around the India. Andhra Pradesh state is the leading producer of red chili, rice.

Telangana state is millets in India influences the liberal use of spices making the food one of the richest and spiciest in the world.
