Ingredients:
Boiled Chickpeas (Kabuli Chana) – 1 Cup
Onions (Pyaaz) – 1/8 Cup Roughly Chopped
Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) – 1/8 tbsp
Roasted Cumin Powder ( Bhuna Jeera Powder)- 1/2 tbsp
Salt (Namak) – 1/2 tbsp Or according to taste
Amchoor Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Black Salt ( Kala Namak) – 1/8 tbsp
Preparation:
In pressure cooker cook chickpeas.
Method:
Easy Chickpea Filling Recipe:
In a mixing bowl, add the boiled chickpeas.Add in the chopped onions. Now add all the spices and mix well to combine. Mash this filling slightly between the two spoons. Chickpeas Masala Stuffing is ready.
Chickpea Spread Recipe:
Shift above stuffing in a food processor add mayonnaise and lemon juice.Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with chilli. Drizzle with oil. Serve.

- Can adjust spices according to your taste.
