Chilli Prawns Starter Recipe
Chilli prawns is very tasty and mind blowing Asian recipe.You can make this recipe two ways dry Chilli prawns and wet Chilli prawns.the sauce is spicy and little bit sweet and garlicky,wow it is great taste try it once never forget again this taste.

Ingredients:
A tablespoon Oil (peanut or any oil)
1 inch finely chopped Ginger
1 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
2 Dry Red Chillies broken into small pieces(if you don't want too spicy remove seeds)
3 Spring Onion (white part)
1/2 chopped into small pieces Bell Peppers or Capsicum
1 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 tblsp Green Chilli Sauce
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp Vinegar or lime juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Pepper Powder
2 Spring Onion (green part chopped finely)
1 tsp Cornflour / Cornstarch (dissolved in 1 tbsp of water)
Coriander leaves chopped(Handful off)
Pescafresh Peeled Prawns 1 KG
For Marinating Prawns:
20 medium size Prawns (300 grams approximately)
1 tsp Soya Sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
4 tbsp Corn flour / Cornstarch
Water a little if needed
Oil for deep frying
Preparation:
In a bowl add Marinated ingredients Corn Flour,Pepper,salt,soya sauce and prawns mix well if need add some water drops.mix well and heat oil and make deep fry until golden brown colour,drain keep aside.
Method:
In a pan heat 1 tbsp of peanut oil (it gives very good aroma) add ginger, garlic and dry broken red chillies.Saute for 1 min.Add spring onion(white part) and saute for a min. Add chopped capsicum cook for 3 to 4mins.Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar/lime juice, salt, sugar and pepper mix well. Cook it for 1 to 2 mins.Add fried prawns and toss well in the sauce.Mix cornflour with some water and mix well till dissolve.Pour this into the sauces and toss well.Add green part of spring onion,Chopped Coriander leaves. Toss well once and Serve hot.

- If you want to make dry chilli prawn don't add cornflour dissolved in water.add directly sauces toss well and serve as dry chilli prawn.
- Serve with rice or chapati/roti or serve as snack.
